For our customer maxi-garagen in Germany, we are responsible for the steel structures for their innovative storage concept. Maxi -garagen efficiently converts unused land into storage garages with solar panels on the roofs.
Sustainable, energy & space efficient
This smart concept combines space-efficient use with sustainable energy generation. Thanks to the rental of the garages and the yield from the solar energy, an interesting investment model is created that pays for itself.

Proven track record
Our work for maxi-garagen is backed by decades of experience in ambitious construction projects.
One example of a structure with solar panels is the Floriade (Haarlemmermeer, NL). We built one of the largest semi-transparent solar panel roofs of that moment: almost 30,000 m² with more than 19,000 PV modules and a capacity of 2.3 MWp.
Another example of storage projects is Billig Blomst (Næstved, DK): In addition to expanding their garden centre, we also built a warehouse with 8.5 m high columns, designed for stacking pallets and efficient long-term storage.
These references underline our ability to realise large-scale, multifunctional buildings, from exhibition and energy projects to practical, high-volume storage structures.
