Construction begins late 2026
Construction will begin in the fall of 2026. After a lengthy permitting process, which included considerations such as landscape, biodiversity, and environmental requirements, the project has now been fully approved. Thanks to the guidance of DLVge, experts in greenhouse horticulture permits, this process was successfully completed.
Multifunctional building
The new building offers over 3,000 m² of functional space and consists of:
- Offices spread over two floors;
- A large warehouse and workspace;
- A logistics corridor for customers;
- A fully integrated retail space;
- An innovative covered cultivation area that can be fully opened and closed.
This cultivation area combines the best of both indoors and outdoors: protection from the elements with maximum utilization of natural conditions.

Practical and stylish design
The design is by architect Paul Hoppe. The entrance will feature a generous canopy as a walkway. The facades will be finished with wooden cladding, creating a natural and warm atmosphere. The flow of traffic within the building is geared towards efficiency and customer service.
Reference Projects
With this project, Planta joins a series of innovative construction projects we recently completed. These include the transparent atrium for the Planon office in Nijmegen and for the VB office in Naaldwijk. Each of these bespoke projects combines technology, aesthetics, and user-friendliness.
